So much of teaching is sharing.  “Beg, borrow, and steal” is a motto that every effective educator lives by.  Why shouldn’t we?  Why should we reinvent the wheel, if the wheel is not broken?  This blog is dedicated to all the magical turning wheels, I see on a daily basis.  Here you will not find ideas related to one single idea within education.  Here you will find comical stories to brighten your day, inspiring stories to motivate you, tragic stories that will touch your heart, controversial stories for you to ponder.  You will find juicy ideas to savor, to perhaps steal for your classroom.  You will find whatever in education is on my mind.  I am Queen Scarlet, hailing from the buckeye land.  This is my domain and I hope you will find something, some idea, some tidbit that you can take back to your classroom.  Please enjoy!

Queen Scarlet is a graduate of The Ohio State University and the Mount Vernon Nazarene University.  She is Ohio licensed and certified, with her bachelor and masters degrees in middle childhood education, concentrations in English Language Arts and Mathematics.  She has a reading endorsement, grades K-12, and generalist endorsement, grades 4 and 5.  In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her high school sweetheart turned husband and little boy.  Questions, comments, and concerns are always welcomed and appreciated at queen-scarlet@hotmail.com.
